We’re looking for a Lead UX Designer to own the end-to-end design of our products. You’ll be the design voice at the table, working closely with product and engineering to shape strategy, craft interfaces, and build a foundation for scalable design practices. This isn’t a role for someone who needs everything figured out upfront - you’ll need to bring structure, influence, and creativity to a high-growth environment.
- Lead UX strategy and execution across our product suite.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define problem spaces and translate them into elegant, user-centred solutions.
- Conduct discovery and usability research to ground design decisions in real user needs. Create end-to-end flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Evolve the design system to keep things consistent as we scale.
- Advocate for design thinking across the company, influencing stakeholders in a non-design-led environment.
- Balance big-picture vision with scrappy delivery - knowing when to zoom out and when to ship.
- 6+ years’ experience in UX/product design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX craft, and polished visual design.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity: you’re comfortable creating structure.
- Experience running end-to-end research and usability testing.
- Strong communicator who can influence founders, PMs, and engineers.
- Proficiency in Figma (bonus if you’ve helped wrangle multi-product files before).
- Entrepreneurial mindset—self-starter, pragmatic, and happy to get your hands dirty.
- Experience designing for AI, Web3, or other emerging tech.
- Startup or scale-up experience where you’ve built design from the ground up.
- Comfort with rapid prototyping tools
- Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS, React).
- Interest in brand design, storytelling, or other creative disciplines.
- Shape the design culture and product experience of a company from the early days.
- Work on cutting-edge AI + Web3 products with global reach.
