A leading provider of residential childcare is seeking a Regulation 44 Visitor to conduct monthly visits to children's homes in the Northwest. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a residential children's home and in-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations. Responsibilities include writing insightful reports, reviewing behaviour management strategies, and ensuring the safety and welfare of children. The role offers up to £41,000 salary, a car allowance, and benefits including 25 days of annual leave.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced individual to take on the vital role of Regulation 44 Visitor, carrying out monthly visits to our children’s homes across the Northwest. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your knowledge, care, and compliance expertise to a role that supports the safety, development, and wellbeing of young people.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out monthly independent visits and writing clear, insightful, Ofsted-ready reports that highlight how children and young people are being supported and progressing. You’ll also:
