Qualifications

• At least 18 months experience managing a Residential Children's Home.
• A full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Carry out monthly independent visits to children's homes.
• Write clear, insightful, Ofsted-ready reports.
• Review behaviour management strategies.
• Examine records of restraint and missing person incidents.
• Conduct private interviews with children, parents, and staff.
