We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Solutions Architect for our Global Delivery team. This role is based remotely in the UK.

• Lead technical pre-sales exercises with customers
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations
• Lead design of creative solutions from conception to delivery, shaping our clients\' thinking
• Support sales in answering RFI/RFP/RFQ (technical focus) and other customer proposals
• Craft well-defined descriptions of operations/statement of works, partitioning solutions, and support definition of project specifications and development needs
• Collaborate with development teams and project managers to deliver client solutions per the agreed scope
• Provide solutions assurance to ensure proposals meet client business requirements and align with technology strategy & standards
• Articulate and manage technical risks
• Support Episode Six\'s goals related to sales, productivity, profitability, and industry penetration
• Assist in developing strategies and materials in support of Episode Six\'s architecture practice, business development, and sales
• Contribute to the roadmap and future solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise to clients and colleagues
• Travel as required, mostly in the UK region

• 10 years of experience in: customer-facing roles, solution architecture & technical design, and payments industry with a focus on card products (credit, debit, prepaid, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (English) with ability to engage across stakeholders at business or technical levels
• Ability to articulate ideas/solutions clearly, visually and in writing
• Experience working with APIs
• Strong technical understanding and willingness to learn and develop skills daily
• Highly driven, self-motivated, and autonomous
• Team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude thriving in an agile, evolving environment
• Knowledge of payment concepts and global payments landscape; familiarity with US regulatory landscape preferred
• Application architecture/domain expertise in Java-based applications and cloud/on-premise infrastructure
