• Leading the delivery of restructuring, M&A tax advice, and other complex projects
• Translating dense technical detail into practical advice clients actually understand
• Working with Partners on new business proposals and relationship growth
• Acting as a trusted adviser to entrepreneurs, investors, and management teams
