Remote LOtC Education Programme Lead (Part-Time)
Job summary
A charitable organization for learning outdoors is seeking an Education Programme Manager to oversee the education programme's delivery, development, and impact. Responsibilities include managing project teams, stakeholder engagement, hosting training sessions, and ensuring effective use of resources. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and experience in project management. This is a home-based role with some travel required, offering a salary of £33k pro rata for 22.5 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Expertise in the Learning Outside the Classroom sector.
- Understanding of teaching policy and practice.
- Knowledge of Safety and Risk Management in educational settings.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the education programme.
- Develop partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Host CPD and practice sharing sessions.
