Job summary
An online learning platform is looking for tutors to teach ESL students in Singapore and Hong Kong. As a tutor, you will set your own schedule and conduct 50-minute lessons. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience teaching K-12 ELA. Candidates must be currently located in the UK, have reliable internet, and be adaptable to meet individual student needs. The position offers $20 USD per class plus incentives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months of teaching.
- Fast and reliable internet connection required.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students.
- Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
- Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
