• Support the Business Manager by managing a team and providing partial accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan.
• Recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and impactful in-store events.
• Deliver exceptional customer relationship management and lead a high performing team.

• Proven retail management/assistant management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Experience in team management with skills in leadership, communication, motivation and performance evaluation.
• Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• A passion and energy for providing inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• An approachable and friendly personality.
• Flexible availability across days/hours.
