Qualifications
  • Proven retail management/assistant management experience preferably within beauty or a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Experience in team management with skills in leadership, communication, motivation and performance evaluation
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Experience of creating and executing in‑store events
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
