A global payments platform in the United Kingdom is looking for a Payment Operations Analyst to manage payment operations, including dispute resolution and fraud investigations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in payments or financial services, with strong analytical and communication skills. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring accuracy and compliance, working closely with product and engineering teams to improve processes and data accuracy.

The Payment Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day execution of Neon Pay’s payments operations. You’ll manage dispute resolution, fraud investigation, and transaction performance tracking — providing the data and insights that fuel our payment optimization and risk strategies.
This is a hands‑on operational role that sits within the Payments function, working closely with product managers and partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
