INVENTORY/STORES:
- Inventory control, investigation and allocation
- Cycle counts (weekly)
- Controlling levels of consumables / stock (maintain stock accuracy)
- Stocktaking (when required)
- Keeping a clean and tidy warehouse
INBOUND
- Receipt of materials
- Returns / Warranty processing
- Putting stock away into correct locations (both on the shelf and on the system)
OUTBOUND
- Domestic shipping
- International shipping including commercial invoices and any additional requirements
- Order picking
- Order packing
- Running pick reports
ADMIN
- Liaising with Sales / Projects teams / Engineers / Purchasing / Customers
- Managing shared Stores Inbox (Queries, requests, issues)
- Raising any issues with correct departments
- Keeping all documents up to date in real-time
- Adhering to H&S regulations
- 5s Audit / walkabout (monthly)
- Attend any Teams meetings as requested
- Attend training session when required
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Salesforce
- Shipping using UPS (direct), and World Options (DHL, FedEx, TNT)
- Knowledge of international shipping & customs
- Organised
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work towards targets / deadlines
- Able to manage own workload
- Able to prioritise
- Good communication, both written and verbal (emails, phone, in person)
- Able to use own initiative
- Experience using Microsoft (Word, Excel, Teams)
