Job summary
A leading banking group in Basildon seeks an Out of Hours Incident and Operational Resilience Manager for a full-time role. You will manage operational resilience for Important Business Processes, ensuring compliance and governance while supporting critical issues during out-of-hours periods. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of operational resilience principles and tools like ServiceNow. The role supports hybrid working and offers an attractive salary between £43,803 and £48,670, with additional benefits including pension contributions and performance bonuses.
