A nationwide property support company is seeking freelance Domestic Energy Assessors in the UK to create Energy Performance Certificates. We are looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors across the UK who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad‑hoc basis.
£62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms.
- Flexibility: Work on a freelance basis and accept or reject appointment invitations as you see fit.
- Nationwide Presence: Apply from anywhere in the U.K. You will be offered appointments within a radius you specify.
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
- Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- A valid Assessor ID
