Are you looking for your next Senior Sous Chef role in a large conference & events hotel?

De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham Buckinghamshire are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join the brigade to work alongside our Executive Head Chef Stephen Englefield.

The hotel has two kitchens to service the property. We offer buffet breakfast and lunches for our conference guests as well as private dining options and a restaurant & bar menu. The hotel is a busy conference and events venue to include weddings, but we also have leisure guests.

As a Senior Sous Chef you will:

• Be highly motivated, positive and talented with experience in a large hotel or events venue.
• Assist the Exec Head Chef in food purchases while controlling costs.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard.
• Support, mentor and train any talented junior chefs in the brigade.
• Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.
• Have the opportunity to develop your career with De Vere.
