The Interim Resourcing team within Konexo is an established player in the flexible legal staffing market. Created to meet client demand for interim legal, company secretarial, HR and compliance professionals, we provide access to consultant resource with the support of a globally branded law firm.
We are looking for a Talent Engagement Manager to join our Konexo team in London. This is a pivotal role focussed on attracting, engaging and onboarding high‑calibre legal professionals into our flexible resourcing platform. You will own the candidate attraction strategy, deliver an exceptional application experience and maintain strong relationships with our consultant lawyer community. As the first point of contact for prospective consultants, you will play a key role in shaping their journey with Konexo, ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement.
