As a Senior Engineer on Braze’s AI Customer Interface team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI decisioning solutions. You will work on high‑impact initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in our product offerings.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Braze’s self‑serve AI Decisioning product built in Vue.js and TypeScript
• Rebuilding the Vue.js application in React, and integrating it with other customer engagement platform APIs
• Building new interfaces that provide insights into the performance and behavior of AI decisioning agents
• Building new experiences that allow users to customize their own AI Decisioning‑powered marketing campaigns
• Influencing Braze’s product strategy and roadmap by providing technical insights and driving innovation in user experience

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong track record of success
• Are a master at working in modern frontend languages and frameworks (TypeScript, React, Vue, Angular, etc)
• Have experience with backend development
• Have significant experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)
• Have a user‑centric attitude and care deeply about UX
• Pride yourself on writing elegant, maintainable code
• Are comfortable working in a large frontend codebase with many stakeholders
• Strongly preferred:
  • Experience developing user experiences for machine learning and data‑intensive applications
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Python
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts and applications
