Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with Shopify APIs and native JavaScript development. API's and theme, account, checkout and admin extensions. As a Shopify Platform Developer, your responsibilities will include the development, improvement, testing and deployment of web applications and Shopify extensions that underpin our eCommerce channels in Europe. **Responsibilities:** • Design, build, test, and deploy business web applications and Shopify extensions • • Actively drive sound technical decisions that allow our software to operate with high quality, at large scale, and with a high level of availability. • • Support in optimizing the management of product and content data on Shopify • Work closely with the product owner, business analyst and development team to determine how bet to maintain and upgrade our Shopify ecosystem in-line with business priorities **Qualifications and Attributes:** Interpret and translate business needs to technical requirements and accurate estimates Stay closely aligned with emerging Shopify technologies and work with development lead to identify how they can be leveraged for our future roadmap across sales channels.· At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
