Job summary
A leading facilities management company in Bristol is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor. The ideal candidate will supervise cleaning operations to ensure client specifications are met, conduct quality audits, and assist in recruiting and training new team members. - To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
- To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
- To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
- To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
- To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Experience working in a cleaning environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
