Job summary
A leading construction and engineering firm in Bridgwater is seeking an experienced Electrical / I&C Construction Supervisor for a major site-based role in power generation projects. This hands-on leadership position involves overseeing electrical and instrumentation activities, managing subcontractor performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
- Formal training in power plant construction and engineering.
- Leadership and management training.
Responsibilities
- Execute the electrical and I&C erection strategy in line with the overall construction plan.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive construction progress reports.
