The role involves providing technical support and expertise, developing innovative products, and conducting demonstrations for customers. A strong background in Bakery, Patisserie, or Chocolate is required, alongside hands-on customer interaction to enhance product development. Responsibilities
- Give demonstrations with Puratos products to build customer relationships.
- Organise and/or give training sessions.
- Troubleshoot at customers to support them in solving production issues.
- Work alongside customers to develop innovative creations.
