Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Yard Operative role based at the Halifax branch. The Yard Operative will be responsible for carrying out daily manual handling tasks, assisting customers with loading and unloading timber supplies, ensuring the yard is organized and tidy, and restocking products as required. Additional duties include quality checks on timber materials, assisting with deliveries, and adhering to all safety regulations within the yard. Ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the efficiency of yard operations will be key aspects of this role.

• Experience in manual handling and working in a physical, outdoor environment
