Salary: £27,058 pa + bonus up to £1,352 pa OTE

Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours

Our Glasgow branch is a large, high‑profile site that delivers maintenance, servicing and warranty work for a fleet of C2500 vehicles and supports about 2000 vehicles from neighboring branches. The state‑of‑the‑art facility features nine ramps and houses Auxillis, making all vehicle hire and accident‑management needs covered under one roof.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the face of Northgate for customers and support rentals and the workshop.
  • Ensure the site is clean, safe and secure.
  • Deliver vehicles during busy periods.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explain vehicles and documents, and answer queries.
  • Treat fleet vehicles with care and capture on/off hire condition details accurately.
Qualifications
  • No previous experience required; a can‑do attitude and confidence.
  • Full UK or EU driving licence.
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional and friendly appearance.
