What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the workshop flow – schedule jobs, book bikes in, and prioritise tasks to keep everything on track.
  • Be the parts expert – order, manage, and deliver the right components at the right time.
  • Support the team – work hand-in-hand with technicians, providing kits and “waiter service” support.
  • Drive efficiency – monitor suppliers, cut lead times, and keep costs under control.
  • Champion sustainability – contribute to our green parts initiative and help us build a cleaner future.
What We’re Looking For
  • A strong knowledge of motorcycle parts and workshop processes.
  • Confidence with IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
  • Clear, professional communication skills—whether on the phone or over email.

The Essentials
  • Schedule: Rotating 2-week pattern
    • Week 1: Mon–Fri, 7:00–16:30
    • Week 2: Tues–Sat, 7:00–16:30
  • Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 (DOE)
