Marshall Hook is looking for a Workshop Controller.

Your role

At Marshall BMW & MINI Hook,we’re seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to motivate and manage a team of technicians while ensuring great service delivery and efficiency in the operations.

In this role:

  • You’ll lead, manage and motivate a team of qualified and apprentice technicians to meet daily workshop demands.
  • You’ll allocate job cards and manage technicians’ workloads to maximise productivity.
  • You’ll have quality checks to ensure all work meets brand standards and drive service success through effective time management.
  • You’ll oversee technical workshop solutions including EVHC and service booking systems.
  • You’ll provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone, supporting the Service Advisor team as required.
Your profile
  • Someone with previous experience as a Workshop Controller, ideally from a franchised dealership environment.
  • Someone with the skill to motivate a team and maintain a professional, calm approach.
  • Someone with proficient IT skills, preferably with EVHC software experience.
  • Someone with a problem-solving mindset, who can anticipate and resolve potential operational barriers effectively.
