We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Workplace Coordinator. This position is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. It is a 6‑month secondment for internal applicants, or a 6‑month fixed‑term contract for external applicants. Agile and flexible working arrangements will be considered.
The role requires flexibility and presence at all office locations. We will consider a minimum of 4 days per week or full time, with the emphasis on travel across our offices in Norwich, Melton/Woodbridge, East Dereham, and Bury St. Edmunds.
As a Workplace Coordinator, you will support the Workplace and Project Manager in delivering a high‑quality facilities service and workplace experience across the Group. You will develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders, support them with problem‑solving, and enhance the workplace experience in person across our estate, covering Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex.
You’ll coordinate business support services to the Group and collaborate with the wider Facilities and Workplaces team. This includes coordinating key workplace systems and contracts, such as security access and hybrid mailing, to ensure high levels of service are maintained and that we are spending money wisely.
You will help maintain brand identity and values in our workplaces, support internally hosted events, and share staff‑wide communications relating to our workplaces when required.
