A health organization in the UK is seeking a Workforce Officer specializing in Attendance Management. The successful candidate will provide essential HR support, manage sickness absence effectively, and analyze attendance data to drive improvements. We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our Operational Workforce Team as a Workforce Officer – Attendance Management. This role is key in supporting managers and staff across the Health Board to manage sickness absence effectively and provide generalist HR advice.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. If the Welsh language requirements are not currently met, the Health Board offers a variety of learning options and staff support to help you meet these minimal desirable requirements during the course of your employment with us.
