A leading financial services firm seeks a Workday Data & Reporting Specialist to drive reporting excellence and champion data quality during a major transformation. This role involves designing and maintaining reporting solutions, empowering users through intuitive dashboards, and developing technical skills in areas like Workday Extend. Candidates should have hands-on Workday experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to bridge technical and functional requirements. Join us to elevate analytics capabilities and support transformative growth.
We are looking for a Workday Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team.
Location is flexible across all our offices.
At Johnston Carmichael, the Workday Data & Reporting Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting our enterprise transformation programme. As we migrate from legacy systems (CCH and iTrent) to Workday Financial Management and HCM, this role will be instrumental in ensuring the organisation can derive maximum value from its data through robust reporting and analytics capabilities.
We are looking for someone with a growth mindset who is excited to build their capabilities across both reporting and technical development. Rather than a specialist siloed in one area, we want someone who sees value in working across both disciplines and is motivated to expand their skillset as our Workday environment matures.
At Johnston Carmichael, this role offers the opportunity to shape our reporting strategy during a significant transformation. We need your expertise in Workday reporting, particularly within Financial Management and PSA, combined with enthusiasm to develop your technical skills in areas like Prism Analytics and Workday Extend.
We’re committed to supporting your learning journey, providing opportunities to grow across both reporting and platform development as our Workday environment matures.

As well as working with a great team of colleagues and enjoying the balance of hybrid and flexible working, we offer a range of benefits to make your time at JC even more fulfilling.
Different backgrounds and different opinions make for more interesting work and better outcomes. We’re sure we don’t have to say this, but we welcome people from all backgrounds, regardless of your heritage, ethnicity, religious beliefs, sexual identity or gender identity.
