We are expanding our community presence in London and across the UK by creating immersive, high-end wellness experiences in partnership with leading hotels, spas, and lifestyle brands.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Wellness Events Manager to lead the curation, planning, and execution of BON CHARGE events in London and the wider UK. This role is central to building our community, deepening partnerships, and showcasing BON CHARGE products in aspirational settings. The successful candidate will be highly connected in the wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle industries, with a proven ability to deliver premium event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Event Curation & Partnerships

• Identify and secure wellness event opportunities with hotels, spas, wellness studios, lifestyle brands, and cultural venues.

Event Planning & Logistics

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of a minimum of 2 BON CHARGE events per month in London and the UK.
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, equipment/instructor coordination, transport, and on-site execution.
• Ensure BON CHARGE products are seamlessly integrated into experiences.

Content & Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with BON CHARGE’s Creative, PR, and Marketing teams to capture high-quality content at every event.
• Involve BON CHARGE stakeholders, ambassadors, and instructors to maximise brand presence.
• Provide post-event reporting, metrics, and feedback to optimise future activations.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in events management, ideally within the wellness, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Strong network of contacts across London’s wellness, hospitality, and events landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan, negotiate, and execute premium events.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for wellness, biohacking, and community building.

Other Requirements

• Must be London-based with ability to attend and oversee events in-person.
• Flexible to travel within the UK when required but majority of events will be London based.
• Able to work independently in a remote consultancy role while delivering results to agreed timelines.

Engagement Terms

• Full-time consultancy preferred, but open to flexible arrangements with the right candidate.
