Overall Job Purpose:
The Wellbeing team are commissioned to support people who live or work across the district to reduce their risk of developing health conditions such as CVD, stoke and some cancers through healthy living & lifestyle changes. The team offer support around stopping smoking, reducing alcohol, increasing activity and eating healthily by offering both 1-2-1 support and group work.
