Weekend Personal Assistant

Location: Sidlesham, Chichester

Hours per week: Sat + Sun approximate 3‑4 hours per day (additional hours may be available)

Hourly pay rate: £15.00

We are looking for a caring, reliable Personal Assistant to provide weekend support for an individual in their own home. This role is ideal for someone local who is compassionate, patient and comfortable providing practical assistance while helping someone enjoy a good quality of life. The support is needed on Saturdays and Sundays to help with getting up and dressed in the morning using a hoist, and again in the evening to assist with the bedtime routine. The role involves personal care and supporting comfort and dignity at all times, with training provided where needed. The hours are likely to be around three to four hours each day, with the possibility of longer shifts if you are able to support outings and activities from time to time. This could include accompanying him out into the community, offering a friendly presence and helping him make the most of his weekends.

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
