Qualifications

• Two years of experience in water works construction or underground utility construction.
• Valid Grade 1 Distribution (D1) Full Operator certificate may substitute for required experience.
• Working knowledge of installation and maintenance of water mains or underground utilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on water systems, including reservoirs and water gates.
• Locate and repair water leaks.
• Install fire hydrants and operate related motor equipment.
