Overview

An experienced Warranty Specialist is required to support workshop operations and manage warranty processes within a fast-paced automotive service environment. The role focuses on improving repair quality, reducing warranty errors, and supporting technicians to ensure vehicles are fixed right first time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process warranty and goodwill claims accurately
  • Provide technical support and guidance to vehicle technicians
  • Monitor repair quality through inspections and testing
  • Ensure compliance with service and warranty standards
  • Support parts processes and repair progression
  • Liaise with manufacturer systems and technical support channels
Requirements
  • Experience in automotive warranty administration
  • Strong technical and mechanical understanding
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
Desirable
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance or Auto-Electrical qualification
