A prominent food service provider in Warrington is seeking a passionate MHE Trainer to join their Operations team. The role involves training and coaching warehouse colleagues with an emphasis on safety and effective operations. Essential qualifications include AITT or RTITB certification, and experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred. Responsibilities include conducting orientations and managing training programs. This position offers competitive pay with substantial benefits, including annual leave and access to health services.

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced MHE trainer with an in-depth knowledge of warehousing. As such an AITT or RTITB qualification is essential and food and beverage industry experience is desired.
You’ll play an integral part of the Operations team, training, coaching, and supporting warehouse colleagues - enabling them to complete their role safely and effectively.Day to day responsibilities would include, new starter orientation and training, refresher training, manual handling training, Health and safety training and managing external training contractors and delivering MHE training for LLOPs, Counter Balance FLTs and Reach trucks. You will also be responsible for rolling out new start inductions.
You will need to be comfortable in a cool environment (but thermal uniform is provided to keep you warm) and be able to lift weights of up to 25kg.
To join us as a Warehouse Trainer, you must have proven knowledge from experience as a vocational warehouse operative. If you can demonstrate attention to detail and proactive action to develop new skills this role is for you.
