Warehouse Technician - Events and Exhibition AV and Technical

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join our client's technical operations team in Tewkesbury.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in AV, LED, Lighting, or IT Networks, preferably gained within the live event technology or similar technical environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, test, and return to standard all Audio-Visual, LED, Lighting, and IT Network equipment within the warehouse/workshop environment.
  • Organise, load, and unload equipment for transport, ensuring all items are handled safely and accurately.
  • Maintain excellent equipment management and organisation, working efficiently within tight deadlines.
  • Provide occasional customer support, including assisting or training clients in the correct use of equipment when required.
  • Keep internal teams updated on equipment status, issues, or progress to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Uphold a safe working environment, following all Health & Safety regulations and any additional site procedures.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with AV, LED, Lighting, IT, or network-based equipment, ideally in a live event production or technical warehouse setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to equipment preparation.
  • Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support clients professionally when needed.
  • A proactive team member who can work efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
