Qualifications

  • Good IT and administrative skills, including experience with inventory or asset management systems.

  • Experience working with chargers or technical hardware.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
  • Forklift experience or certification is beneficial.

We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Warehouse & Technical Support Manager to oversee our Aberdeen warehouse operations while providing hands‑on support to our field technical team. This role combines warehouse management with practical technical tasks, including basic charger repairs, technical administration, and delivering essential spare parts to technicians across the region.

The ideal candidate will be organised, technically minded, and comfortable working both in the warehouse and on the road.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
  • Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant practices.
  • Manage stock levels, organise inventory, and ensure timely ordering and replenishment of parts.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑structured warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate incoming goods, inspections, and proper documentation of materials.
Technical Support
  • Carry out basic fault‑finding and repairs on chargers and other equipment within the warehouse.
  • Perform technical administration tasks, including logging repairs, updating asset records, and completing equipment documentation.
  • Assist with preparing and testing equipment before dispatch to the field team.
Field Team Support
  • Deliver spare parts, tools, and replacement equipment to field technicians when required.
  • Provide on‑site support to technicians when appropriate (non‑electrical/within competence).
  • Communicate regularly with the field team and Operations Manager to ensure smooth workflow and rapid response to urgent needs.
