Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Monitor and improve replenishment processes to minimize stock shortages.
  • Support team development through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Operate and manage dispatch processes using the Script‑easy system.
  • Assist with global hold activities and process deviations as required.
  • Provide coverage for Warehouse Manager duties during absences.
About You
  • Skilled in warehouse operations with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Effective communicator with patience and resilience.
  • Demonstrates problem‑solving ability and a proactive approach.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Physically able to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
Salary range for the role

£42,000 pa + benefits. Salary range: £42,000.00 – £71,400.00 GBP annual.

Salary or hourly rate ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, and to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. The salary or hourly rate offered to a successful candidate is determined by their experience, education, and skills, as well as the labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location.
