Medical Delivery Driver Temp to Perm £12.53 per hour (£29,500 pa once permanent)

Location: Ashby-de-la-Zouch

Hours: Monday to Friday (06:30/07:00 start, 910 hours per day) + 1 in 4 Saturdays (rostered)

Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent (Immediate Start not a seasonal role)

DerventioUK Ltd is recruiting reliable and experienced Van Delivery Drivers for a national logistics provider based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. This is an ongoing temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent long-term prospects, working in a professional and supportive team environment.

The Role

• Carry out multi-drop medical deliveries (3050 drops per day) across the region.
• Safely load and unload small parcels using a company van.
• Provide excellent customer service at healthcare, retail, and residential locations.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate delivery records via PDA.
• Work independently and manage routes efficiently to meet strict delivery times.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday: 06:30/07:00 starts, average 910 hours per day.
• Saturdays: 1 in 4 rota (paid additional hours).
• Permanent employment offered after successful completion of the temp period.

Candidate Requirements
