Responsibilities

• Responsible for reporting Shift Status information every 2 hours.
• Lead planning with Operations and recruitment around peak periods.
• Co-ordinate activities for the Shift Manager for performance reviews.
• Develop and provide KPI reports to the Operational Team.
• Monitor Colleague performance and report anomalies.
