Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £24,577- £26,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the administrative team in St Andrew’s in Stirchley.

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support and be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Additionally, the post holder will handle the filing of reports and correspondence within patient records, as well as inputting and updating information in the Rio electronic patient record system and assist with the procurement of stock.

You will provide administrative support in a patient-facing role, you will work within a small team based at St Andrew’s Healthcare in Stirchley.

You will be responsible for completing daily tasks aligned with the administrative role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a range of disciplines and agencies, managing sensitive situations, and possess strong working and technical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A bit about you:

A good understanding and working knowledge of NHS and Trust policies, guidance, and best practices are required. Additionally, familiarity with the Data Protection Act and Information Governance is necessary.

Essential Criteria for the role:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent, along with relevant experience
  • GCSE or equivalent in English

  • Experience in minute-taking
  • Highly proficient in using various computer applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and writing skills
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
