Responsibilities

• Support an XRUK team by writing roles and opportunities they need to recruit.
• Respond to, manage, and meet applicants.
• Onboard, induct, and orient new members into the team.
• Invite new members to join the team.
• Create a training plan based on available templates.
• Perform relevant admin tasks, e.g., updating XR platforms.
• Check in with team members about their fit with roles and projects.
• Suggest improvements to recruitment processes.
