About The Role: Ever seen an engineering video that actually made you feel something? Neither have we. That's why we want to hire you. Vent Engineering builds life‑saving smoke and ventilation systems. Not the most glamorous subject, until you point a camera at it the right way. We’ve led this industry for over 30 years; now we’re ready to show the world what that actually looks like. We’re looking for a videographer with around 2 years’ experience who can shoot, cut, and create stories that grab attention before the skip button does. Please note that this is mostly an office‑based role and therefore it is essential for candidates to live within a commutable distance from Poole.

You Will:

• Turn real engineers and real projects into scroll‑stopping stories
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes moments that make complex tech feel human
• Edit fast. Think faster
• Help a serious company look seriously interesting
