Job description

Arāya Ventures is looking for a Founder’s Associate to work full-time with the founder. This role offers a rare chance for someone early in their career to see the world of venture capital up close. You will work directly with the founder, which means you’ll see every part of the business and have the chance to make a real impact from day one.

What you’ll be involved in:

• Gaining hands-on experience across investments, operations, and brand-building at a growing venture firm.
• Conducting market research, analysis, and spotting opportunities.
• Owning strategic projects and supporting high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role Details:

• Location: This is a full-time role in London, requiring ~4 days a week in the Marylebone office.
• Start Date: September 2025
