• Experience in F&I, deal stacking, and coaching sales teams.
• Motor Trade experience ideally as a Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager.

• Managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales inquiries.
• Supporting the sales team Finance & product performance.
• Maximizing vehicle and add-on product profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
• Supporting the development of sales plans and procedures.
