Location: Edinburgh New Uberior House (2 days week on site)

Salary: Circa 83- 85k/Annum

What We're Looking For:

• Working hands‑on in Figma every day
• Deliver well‑structured, organised design files using an existing corporate design system
• Translate defined product requirements into high‑quality UX designs
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Researchers, Content Designers, and Service Designers
• Strong background in User Experience and Interaction Design, with a flair for Visual Design
• Excellent prototyping and layout skills, with the ability to articulate your vision to both internal customers and development teams
• Familiarity with complex landscapes, preferably within financial services
• A collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with a multi‑disciplinary team
• Strong advocacy for customer inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring designs are user‑friendly for all backgrounds and abilities
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping software (Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe XD)
• Ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative research to inform your design process
• Excellent communication skills to ensure designs meet specifications and can be used by a broad range of users

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting your work through to build and release, ensuring accurate implementation alongside engineering teams
• Advocating for customer inclusivity and accessibility, creating designs that cater to a diverse audience
