A Typical Work Day May Include

• Oversee the billing and processing of pet licenses, water, sewer, and stormwater services and miscellaneous fees
• Manage, plan, organize, supervise, schedule, assign work, and provide leadership to staff. Develop and maintain standard operating procedure manuals for all direct reports
• Prepare statistics required for completion of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) related annual financial reports and the accompanying external audit
• Manage utility-related programs including water rebates and drought restrictions
• Establish and maintain customer service standards for customer service operations
• Analyze and troubleshoot difficult situations, including customer disputes and inquiries

What You Will Need

• One to three years supervisory experience

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor degree
• Two or more years’ experience working with utility billing accounts
• Ability to train and supervise subordinates
