Qualifications

• Hold full GMC Registration with a current licence to practice and without any current restrictions/undertakings.
• Skilled and experienced in telephone consultation with good telephone manner and clear diction.
• Able to manage common medical, surgical and psychiatric emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely clinical care to urgent care patients in the form of advice or consultation.
• Communicate with the Clinical Shift Leads and Senior Care Co-ordinators to ensure smooth running.
• Support community alternatives to admission and other local urgent care pathways.
