Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing all aspects of recruitment: role profiling, sourcing, screening, assessment, interview scripting, and conducting interviews
  • Building a strong employer brand to attract both obvious and covert talents
  • Developing and automating recruitment processes
  • Enhancing our onboarding process in collaboration with management
What we expect from you

We value ownership, proactivity, and follow-through. You should have a strong work ethic and a high sense of urgency, with a relentless drive to excel. Humility and passion for building new businesses are essential. While a background in HR, marketing, sales, or other fields is welcome, a genuine desire to learn about people and self-development is crucial. We will teach you recruiting if needed. You should also:

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
  • Have a UK work permit
  • Be passionate about working with and understanding people
  • Enjoy engaging with a range of individuals from students to executives
  • Have a natural ability to make people comfortable
Start date

Flexible. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based at our offices at Buckingham Gate. We work at a fast pace and value in-person collaboration to deliver exceptional events throughout the year. We look forward to having you as part of our team.
