You\'re good at commercial property underwriting. You know the mid-market inside out. And you\'re probably bored of reading job ads that list the same tired clichés about "stakeholder engagement" and "driving results".

This role is about taking ownership of a mid-market commercial property portfolio and actually making it perform better. That means:

• Making smart calls on pricing and risk.
• Working with clever people in Pricing, Actuarial, Data Science, Finance and Claims (the ones who love a spreadsheet more than life itself).
• Helping underwriters in the regions understand strategy without needing a degree in rocket science to follow it.
• Figuring out where growth really is and where it isn\'t - and then doing something about it.
