Job summary

A leading energy solutions company is looking for a UK C&I Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for battery storage solutions. You will build relationships across developers and contractors, executing a go-to-market plan and managing multi-site projects. The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience in solar/BESS and strong negotiation skills. This role involves a mix of remote work and travel nationwide.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 5 years B2B sales experience in C&I solar/BESS.
  • Consistent record of closing 6-7 figure C&I projects.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute go-to-market plan for C&I battery storage.
  • Prospect and qualify new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Drive RFI/RFP responses and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Enable channel partners with training and support.
