We are seeking an experienced UI Manager (US) with a strong background as an Engineering Manager and deep expertise in ReactJS to lead and scale high-performing frontend engineering teams. This is a full-time role based in the United States, ideal for a leader who combines technical excellence with people management, delivery ownership, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI engineers, ensuring high performance, career growth, and technical excellence.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of frontend/UI initiatives, from planning and design through development and deployment.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI solutions using ReactJS and modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into well-structured technical solutions.
• Drive engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, performance optimization, and security standards.
• Review code, guide architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to frontend development standards.
• Establish and improve development processes, sprint planning, estimations, and delivery timelines.
• Balance hands-on technical contributions with people management and strategic leadership.
• Partner with backend and platform teams to ensure seamless API integration and system consistency.
• Identify technical risks early and proactively propose solutions.
• Support hiring efforts, onboarding, and team scaling initiatives.
• Track and report on team performance, delivery metrics, and technical health of UI systems.
• Stay current with evolving frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, applying them where appropriate.
